Sally has built and elevated digital brands for high-profile executives, positioning them as industry thought leaders. Her work spans technology, real estate, luxury, fashion, non-profits, and retail. She has collaborated with hundreds of brands to craft compelling campaigns, drive engagement, and enhance digital presence.

A trusted industry voice, Sally shares insights on branding, marketing, and digital innovation through panels and executive training. She leads workshops on social media, branding, and digital marketing, helping clients refine messaging and stand out in competitive markets.

Since joining TRI Inc., Sally has expanded the firm’s offerings, introducing transformative strategies through the SMS Division. With dual MBA degrees in Finance and Management and a proven track record, she delivers results-driven strategies while fostering creativity and collaboration.

Our Founder: Dr. S Ann Earon

A Visionary in Marketing, Communications, and Training

Dr. S. Ann Earon founded TRI Inc. in 1982, pioneering the fields of marketing, communications, and training with an emphasis on videoconferencing system design, implementation, and project management. With a career that began in the Bell System and spans decades of groundbreaking work, Ann has been instrumental in shaping the future of collaborative communications.

As the first woman on a U.S. Trade Commission tour to Japan in 1982, she helped open the Japanese market to foreign telecommunications. Her expertise has supported Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and global organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, IBM, General Electric, and the U.S. Armed Forces.

Ann’s leadership extends beyond TRI, as the founding chairperson of the Interactive Multimedia & Collaborative Communications Alliance (IMCCA) and a member of the Teleconferencing Hall of Fame. With a Ph.D. in business, speech & communications, and education from Boston College, Ann’s visionary work continues to inspire TRI’s mission of excellence.
